Our goal on this collage of coffees is a nicely balanced blend that can be enjoyed all day!  You will find a cup that is pleasantly sweet, round bodied, mildly nutty, with a faint and interesting fruit acidity.  We want this blend to be a hit, so that we're able to pour more into the work being done in San Jose, Costa Rica.  You will enjoy this cup over and over!  This a blend where the coffees that make it up may change, but the taste profile will remain the same, allowing us to create steady relationships with our partners who are working hard at origin.  Join us on the journey of spreading Agape (love) through this ethically sourced, mission-minded, and small-batch roasted bag of coffee.
