Seven neighboring family farms create the collective lot for this Guatemalan coffee from the Huehuetenango region. The sweet aromatics of the coffee blossom play well with the mild, milk chocolate experience in the cup, along with its juicy melon finish. The relationship these farmers have with another local coffee producer allows them to process the collective lot with higher quality and secure better pricing, in the midst of political and economic upheaval in the country and extreme fluctuations in coffee's C-market.
The team has enjoyed this coffee as an espresso + milk-based drink either straight up or with more subtle flavors, like honey or turbinado sugar. And when you're looking for those sweet floral aromatics to softly start your morning, it's the perfect pourover option.
